Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead their Core Portal and Verifications teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and coach engineers to build a healthy, inclusive team
• Consolidate inputs into a prioritized backlog for the Core Portal team
• Encourage effective use of AI tools in engineering workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or equivalent
• Technical depth to engage with senior engineers on architecture and systems
• Experience in performance reviews and coaching engineers
• Ability to partner with PMs to align technical decisions with user and business context
• Experience in security, encryption, or data-protection-heavy systems is a bonus
