Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a fullstack squad responsible for creator growth and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and people leadership for software development activities and team management
• Drive the delivery process and Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective backlog management and value delivery
• Identify and pursue improvements in engineering processes and leverage data analytics for optimization

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in an engineering management role with experience in leading and coaching developers
• 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in architectures and infrastructure
• Proven experience in rapid, continuous releases and shipping multiple times a day
• Deep expertise in at least one stack (Backend, Web, or iOS) and familiarity with others
• Experience with AWS services and building scalable APIs in a cloud environment
