Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams
• Strong technical background in modern software systems (Node.js, TypeScript, React, or similar)
• Track record of leading teams that deliver impactful products
• Interest in modern development practices including AI-assisted engineering
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
