Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead product engineering teams in designing and developing workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product teams to scope and oversee the delivery of technical projects
• Oversee the design and development of maintainable, scalable software systems
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, promoting continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
• Experience in Healthcare Technologies is a plus
• Strong understanding of complex data integrations and APIs
• Familiarity with Golang, React/Typescript, and AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus
