Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of full-stack engineers, ensuring clarity in priorities and execution
• Contribute to the design and implementation of backend services and systems for data protection and governance
• Define service-level objectives and improve operational quality through monitoring and incident response

Required Qualifications

• Experience building backend systems in a SaaS environment
• Exposure to security, governance, or compliance-related capabilities
• Strong understanding of secure API design and event-driven systems
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience managing engineers
