Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Integrations to lead their Integrations Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Integrations Platform, including acquisition pipelines and developer experience
• Create and execute a vision for building world-class integration systems for internal developers and third-party partners
• Lead, mentor, and grow the platform engineering team while coordinating with external consultants

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven people management experience leading engineering teams
• Experience managing teams focused on Integrations and/or Platform Engineering
• Demonstrated experience building SDKs and third-party integration ecosystems
• Strong background in ETL and data extraction/acquisition pipelines
• Proven ability to plan and implement integration architectures balancing reliability and cost efficiency
