Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in the development and execution of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering team performance and resource allocation
• Oversee technical evaluations and design execution for solar and storage projects
• Provide construction support, ensuring adherence to plans and quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
• 7+ years of experience in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in solar plant equipment and NEC codes
• NABCEP, PV Installation Professional Certification is a plus
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software tools is a plus
