Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including 3+ years in people management
• Experience leading engineering teams that scaled B2C products beyond 10 million users
• Deep expertise in mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android) and related infrastructure
• Proven experience integrating AI into the software development lifecycle
• Strong background in managing both onshore and offshore engineering teams
