Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Sales and Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing and implementing software solutions
• Oversee engineering efforts for the sales & retail team, focusing on speed, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective commission structures and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and scaling distributed, public cloud-native systems
• Hands-on experience collaborating with machine learning teams
• Strong understanding of relational database systems (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Extensive experience in Ruby on Rails development and architecture (preferred)
