Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Engineering to lead software development teams in improving healthcare insurance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term software architecture strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and manage IT decisions within the area of responsibility

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and/or Python
• 5 years of experience leading development projects using object-oriented languages and team management
• 7+ years of experience in IT industry business operations and software development
• Preference for 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe
