Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee development activities of a platform development team and manage sprint planning
Champion AI-enabled development practices and ensure team adoption of AI coding tools
Design and deploy AI agents to automate workflows and optimize team productivity

Required Qualifications

Four-year college degree from a regionally accredited institution
6+ years of experience in .NET technologies, with a focus on C# and SQL Server
Proven track record of leading engineering teams for at least 4 years
Experience with AI coding assistants and cloud-native architectures
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
