Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Behavioral team in developing marketing triggers from customer signals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Product to define the roadmap for behavioral decisioning capabilities and ensure impactful systems are built
  • Drive initiatives from idea to delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that translate product goals into technical plans
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5 years managing engineers
  • Player-coach leadership style with a hands-on approach to technical work and architecture
  • Strong experience in designing and operating distributed or event-driven systems
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable backend services in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with systems processing high-volume event data and a focus on operational excellence
