Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Behavioral team in developing marketing triggers from customer signals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product to define the roadmap for behavioral decisioning capabilities and ensure impactful systems are built
- Drive initiatives from idea to delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions that translate product goals into technical plans
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5 years managing engineers
- Player-coach leadership style with a hands-on approach to technical work and architecture
- Strong experience in designing and operating distributed or event-driven systems
- Demonstrated success in building scalable backend services in cloud environments
- Familiarity with systems processing high-volume event data and a focus on operational excellence
