Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Behavioral team, responsible for developing marketing triggers from customer signals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Product to define and evolve the roadmap for behavioral decisioning capabilities and drive key initiatives from idea to delivery
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and help architect systems that transform raw activity signals into actionable trigger events
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5 years managing engineers
  • A player-coach leadership style, comfortable guiding engineers while contributing to technical work
  • Strong experience designing and operating distributed or event-driven systems
  • Demonstrated success building scalable backend services in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with high-volume event data processing systems
