Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams in delivering MarTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of technical strategies, ensuring best practices in systems architecture and code quality
• Partner with stakeholders to align product delivery with customer needs and manage project planning activities
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering teams while improving operational efficiency and system reliability

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams across various organization sizes
• Experience in software management including design, feature prioritization, and successful deployment of online or SaaS products
• Ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and manage resources effectively
• Familiarity with customer-focused development informed by user interaction and industry monitoring
