Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the engineering department and projects
Develop and expand the portfolio to support popular Cloud applications
Mentor technical staff and ensure continuous improvement in engineering practices

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in engineering with hands-on expertise in Java and AWS
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MS/MBA is a plus
Experience with full stack architecture and multi-tenant systems
Previous leadership or management experience is required
In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps practices
