Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level software systems
• 4+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams
• 4+ years of experience delivering engineering projects and initiatives
• Proven ability to drive strategic change within engineering teams
• Experience with programming in an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C#, or C++
