Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a fullstack team responsible for building and scaling flagship products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and ensure best practices in software development and architecture
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Drive the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring high performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in a modern programming language (Node.js preferred), relational databases, and a modern frontend framework
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
