Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 3+ years in a management role
• Proven track record of delivering production software at scale
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to hire and develop high-performing engineers
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product & Design teams
