Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a strong technical foundation
• 1-3 years of direct people management experience
• Experience with website development using Drupal, CMS, and/or Next.js
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other development methodologies
