Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager who blends hands-on technical leadership with people and product ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering teams with accountability for customer and business outcomes
Act as a hands-on technical leader, influencing architecture, design, and code quality
Deliver products iteratively using Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of software engineering experience; 5+ years leading engineering teams
Strong expertise in modern stacks (React/Angular, Node.js, Python, C#, .NET, Golang)
Cloud-native engineering experience on Azure
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile delivery
Experience with AI/ML or GenAI (preferred)
