Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their Learn engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the career growth of engineers through regular 1:1s and performance management
Own the technical direction of the web platform, including code reviews and architectural guidance
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define and implement features effectively

Required Qualifications

2+ years of engineering management experience
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in web or mobile applications
Experience with technical direction and maintaining engineering standards
Availability to work US Pacific hours
Familiarity with technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Node is a plus
