Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality solutions are built with clean designs and sound architectural principles
Coach and provide feedback to team members for their growth and development
Act as Scrum Master or Agile coach to facilitate effective team operations and remove roadblocks

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in managing software development and engineering teams, preferably in SaaS or Higher Education
2+ years of experience leading Agile teams
Deep understanding of software engineering best practices
Hands-on experience in building and maintaining software
