Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead an eCommerce engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing feedback and performance management
Own end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, including planning and execution
Provide technical direction and oversight on system design and architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years in software engineering with eCommerce experience preferred
2+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including coaching and hiring
Strong technical foundation in system design and modern engineering practices
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and modern deployment patterns
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve software delivery and quality
