• Collaborate with Product and Design to align development with customer and platform needs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in building customer-facing product experiences
• Strong technical background in scalable and reliable product systems and workflows
• Experience with CI/CD, IAM, compliance, APIs, or deployment systems
• Ability to manage and develop engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and translating technical capabilities into customer experiences
