Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large cross-team projects and drive them to production
• Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap definition
• Oversee technical debt management and incident handling

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, preferably in fintech or e-commerce
• Experience with scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures
• Solid understanding of backend tools such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kubernetes
• Experience with integrating third-party APIs
