Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Web/Full stack).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the software development lifecycle and manage a team of engineers
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire engineering team members while setting and tracking goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality decision-making and project delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 12+ years of industry experience with progressive responsibility
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience managing teams of 6 or more engineers
• Hands-on skills in at least one programming language: Go, C#, or TypeScript
• Experience with modern web technologies and cloud-hosted applications
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD integration
