Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Solution Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide staff in understanding and delivering on the company's long-term goals and develop quarterly plans
• Influence and support the maturation of architects and engineering practices through education and coaching
• Develop a healthy and dynamic team by recruiting, maintaining staff, and facilitating collaboration within and between teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience as a senior engineer, team lead, architect, or manager on large-scale systems
• Proficient in development and deployment technologies such as C#, Terraform, and Typescript
• Familiarity with interservice communication patterns and security protocols
• Experience in coaching individuals with varying competencies and communication styles
• Understanding of public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
