Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager responsible for leading engineering teams and managing the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop high-performing engineering and QA teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Own the software development life cycle and ensure adherence to architectural and engineering best practices
• Develop a technical roadmap and collaborate with product and technical leads to support product vision and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams
• 8+ years of experience in designing, building, and shipping full stack applications
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent skills and knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical execution in an Agile environment
