Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful features
• Foster a supportive engineering culture while ensuring team accountability and psychological safety
• Drive technical strategy and operational health through consistent delivery and effective roadmap management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Agile, cross-functional teams for customer-facing web and mobile products
• Strong background in web, mobile, or platform development with active participation in architectural discussions
• Ability to align team-level work with broader company strategy and communicate the rationale behind technical initiatives
• Proven track record of process improvement and optimizing team collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product and Design teams to deliver complex software solutions
