Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of a SaaS offering for biotech startups.

Key Responsibilities

Own the engineering execution of TuneLab's SaaS offering, designing and shipping the application layer
Architect and build backend systems, APIs, and integrations for a cohesive product experience
Hire, mentor, and develop a small engineering team while maintaining a focus on technical contributions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping SaaS products
3+ years of engineering management experience
Strong full-stack or backend fundamentals and solid API design experience
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience building LLM-powered features
