Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional engineering team across software, platform, and integration disciplines
• Own planning, prioritization, and delivery of engineering initiatives across applications and enterprise systems
• Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and well-tested systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams across application development and platform environments
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and familiarity with modern development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps)
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable architecture principles
