Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering their performance and growth
• Drive new initiatives for reporting and analytics products while managing technical direction and architectural design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver on product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams (ideally 5+ individuals)
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles and distributed system architecture
• Demonstrated proficiency in modern programming languages/frameworks (JS, TS, Ruby, C#, Python, React)
• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC fundamentals
