Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of front-end and back-end engineers, providing coaching and support
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with PMO, UX, and account functions to ensure alignment
• Evaluate and maintain tools and systems that support the engineering team throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a people management or team lead capacity
• Proven experience managing a group of 20+ engineers
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and engineering standardization initiatives
• Willingness to work early EST hours for coordination with the offshore team
