Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of front-end and back-end engineers, providing coaching and support
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and represent the engineering team in organizational discussions
• Evaluate and maintain tools and systems that enhance engineering processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a management or team lead role
• Proven experience managing a team of 20+ engineers and driving process improvement initiatives
• Strong skills in hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
• Willingness to work early EST hours for coordination with offshore teams
