Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in the development and execution of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, resource allocation, and daily workflows to enhance efficiency
• Oversee technical evaluations, including site analysis and equipment selection for solar projects
• Lead the creation of construction documentation and provide technical support during system installations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
• 7+ years of engineering experience in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in solar plant equipment and NEC codes
• Proficiency with engineering software such as PVSyst and AutoCAD
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 20%
