Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team in renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, resource allocation, and daily workflows to enhance efficiency
• Oversee technical evaluations, including site analysis and equipment selection for solar projects
• Provide construction support by ensuring adherence to designs and managing contractor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
• 7+ years of experience in the renewables industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in solar plant equipment and NEC codes
• NABCEP, PV Installation Professional Certification is a plus
• Proficiency with engineering software such as PVSyst and AutoCAD is a plus
