Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team in developing and executing renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering team performance and resource allocation
• Oversee technical evaluations and design execution for solar and storage projects
• Provide construction support and technical supervision during system installations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
• 7+ years of experience in the renewables industry, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in solar plant equipment and NEC codes
• NABCEP, PV Installation Professional Certification is a plus
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software such as PVSyst and AutoCAD
