Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Engineering-Technical Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term software architecture strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage and evaluate staff performance, including coaching and mentoring activities
Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and develop necessary security plans for information systems

Required Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent
2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and/or Python
5 years of experience leading development projects using object-oriented languages, ETL, or data warehousing
7+ years of working knowledge of IT industry business operations
Preference for 3+ years of experience in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe
