Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Management to plan releases and address technical, performance, and security needs
• Lead and oversee the team's engineering processes and delivery
• Assign, coordinate, and manage team priorities and workload

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years previous work experience in technical leadership with large-scale, growing systems
• 5 years of experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating goals, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
• 5 years of experience in preparation and development of reports, briefings, and other technical documents
