Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Application & Check Out).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams, product, design, and stakeholders to develop and enhance customer-facing platform features
• Mentor a distributed team of engineers while driving engineering best practices and setting the roadmap for deliverables
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and incident investigations, contributing directly to team initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Proficiency in full stack frontend (React, Remix/Next.js) and backend services (GoLang and/or Python)
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to track key metrics
• Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
