Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage one of the engineering teams, focusing on areas such as Banking, Catalog, and Prepaid Cards
Support the career growth of engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, and coaching
Ensure technical quality by conducting code reviews, making architectural decisions, and setting team standards

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong technical judgment and ability to explain technical approaches
Solid product intuition and capability to articulate product initiatives
Experience with AI adoption in engineering practices
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud is a plus
