Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (E-Commerce).

Key Responsibilities

Grow and lead a team of 8-10 engineers
Guide the development of engineers through mentoring, training, and performance management
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a technical leader and people manager
10+ years of extensive professional experience
Demonstrated success in delivering SaaS, E-Commerce, or consumer-facing web applications/APIs
Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C#, Azure, and SQL Server
