Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6+ software engineers while managing performance and hiring
• Define technical architecture for financial data ingestion and integration with the accounting service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and execute on the Accounting team roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading full-stack product engineering teams
• Experience making architectural decisions and measuring their impact over time
• Strong sense of technical and product ownership, preferably with fintech/accounting or consumer-facing AI products experience
• Comfortable driving discussions in ambiguous areas and prioritizing outcomes with empathy
• Ability to work autonomously while seeking impactful opportunities
