Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Digital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to deliver advisor-facing digital experiences and establish team practices aligned with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to drive project discovery, prioritization, and delivery
• Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines such as customer relationship management or portfolio strategy
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-performance work teams and execute multiple large projects
• Proven experience in developing solutions for complex business problems and effective communication with stakeholders
