Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Site Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, maintaining productivity and morale
• Manage project execution and delivery, adapting to shifting priorities
• Provide technical guidance, lead architecture discussions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a solid foundation as an individual contributor
• 1-3 years of direct people management experience
• Experience building websites using Drupal, CMS, and/or Next.js
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Python, Golang, or other modern programming languages
