Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering team and manage technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide staff in understanding and delivering on the company's long-term goals and develop quarterly plans
• Influence and support the maturation of engineers and engineering practices through education and coaching
• Develop a healthy team culture by recruiting diverse talent and maintaining a balanced workload

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior engineer, team lead, or manager on large-scale systems with product support experience
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical peers
• Experience in coaching individuals in both technical and non-technical skills
• Proficiency in development and deployment technologies such as C#, Terraform, and Typescript
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
