Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Engineering - New Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term software architecture strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage internal stakeholders and evaluate staff performance for professional development
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and manage IT decisions for the area of responsibility

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of development experience using Java Springboot and/or Python
• 5 years of experience leading development projects with object-oriented languages, ETL, or data warehousing
• 7+ years of experience in IT industry business operations and software development
• Preference for 3+ years in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe
