Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of engineers to develop tools and workflows for developer productivity
• Provide technical leadership on developer productivity and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to create a roadmap for enhancing the engineering pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience
• Proven track record in leading high-output teams in dynamic environments
• Nice-to-have: 1+ years of experience with a blockchain-based product
