Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead their Core Portal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and coach engineers to build a healthy and inclusive team
• Consolidate inputs into a prioritized backlog and run effective planning sessions
• Encourage the use of AI tools in engineering workflows and ensure system reliability

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years as an Engineering Manager or equivalent people leader
• Technical depth to engage with senior engineers on architecture and systems
• Experience running performance reviews and coaching engineers
• Ability to partner with PMs to align technical decisions with user and business context
• Experience in security, encryption, or data-protection-heavy systems is a bonus
