Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to join their UK Threat Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a geographically distributed engineering team
• Provide technical leadership in the architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of threat infrastructure products
• Guide the team in implementing modern development practices and scalable web application architectures

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of backend development using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go) in a Linux environment
• Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing software development teams
• 2+ years of experience in hands-on management of engineering teams, including performance reviews and onboarding
• BSc or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
